After some unexpected winter weather events that disrupted our tech rehearsals and forced us to postpone our opening night, we officially opened Girl From the North Country at Actor’s Express!

It was a sold-out crowd of enthusiastic theater-goers and some of of them have already returned multiple times. One of the unique qualities of our production is that the stage is set in a traverse orientation with the audience surrounding us on two sides. So it is really an immersive and intimate experience. Sitting on the opposite side of the stage, you can enjoy a completely different perspective.

We celebrated with a champagne reception in the theater lobby, and now we’re excited to share this story with Atlanta audiences during our 6-week run!
